Oh, and the update is not particularly to do with "UK office hours". Player Support have an ideal time to catch up on email queries on that day, when none can be sent in. ;P The updates are done in Helsinki, Finland, in the Sulake HQ, as Marc said. All servers are located there if I remember correctly, so they are in easy reach of the techies.

Finland is 1 hour ahead of UK I think (no more than 2), so it makes sense to do it from a 7 to 5 slot, during a weekday. More Sulake Staff are on hand in case something goes wrong, and most of the target audience are at school, college or work.

They are most probable upgrading servers, like step 1/5 of V11.
