    I was just wondering..

    How do you loose muscle?

Can you loose it from not working out frequently?
Or once you have the muscle can it only go from putting on weight and fat?

I think it's just like, if you don't work out, and start not excersising and eating fatty foods more often, instead of getting fat, you would lose muscle? I'm probaly wrong but ohwell.

If you have an eating disorder ie; anorexia, soon, your body eats of the muscle, and thats how you loose muscle... thats just one way though.

If you dont work out enough, or at all, and just sit around all day doing nothing but eating more than supposed too, then the fat could take over the muscle and you might loose it? Meh, i dont know. ;]

Hope that mighta helped a wee bit.
Try researching it? Might find some useful facts. If i come across any information related to this, ill be sure to let you know.

    Ok ty.
    ill kinda rephrase it.
If you eat healthly, burn the food off and do exercise e.g football, running, but DONT work out, do you loose muscle.

    Well, depends.
You have to keep in shape and keep ALL your muscles functioning.
Working out helps do that... but cant give you a certain no/yes answer ;[ Sowwi.

It's pretty hard to lose muscles just like that. Working out once every few days will keep them
