First.. some constructive criticism which I'm sure you can appreciate. You have some conflicting light sources, the folds seem very random, shadows every which way. Secondly, the edges are extraordinarily rough. They could be helped alot by a bit of anti-alias.

And to finish.. please DO NOT say you made this in MS Paint when you did it in photoshop. It has more than 256 colours (I used the colour count on a program of mine, unfortunately the program cannot count more than this amount), so you are either impossibly patient, and thorough (I doubt it, but if this is the case you badly need to learn a bit about colour conservation), or it was photoshopped. So please, lying is very immoral. Thanks.

I can appriciate constructive critism. Il take on bored your C+C but i havn't a clue what anti-alias is...

I did do it in ms paint, i doubt it has over 256 colours in it, i think theres 13 different shades of red. 7 or so of white and then the details. This is done purely in ms paint. I dont own any other programs and i do not wish to use any other programs so please sthu.

Here you go.. I copy and pasted the image into Pro Motion (a commercial graphics product). This program only allows 256 colours, so some colours were removed by the program. Did a colour count - 256 colours. That means this picture is at minimum, 256 colours.
