    Default Need some advice on legends!

    I was just wondering is it ok for me to have 51 mining and 49 smithing and use the dwarfen stout or is one of them an actualy requirement.

    Yes you dont need none of he levels you just need the levels to complete the quest. You dont need the EXACT levels to start/finish unless you pot.
