I suggest you stop being a noob and he is not youtube he is not as popular as youtube so he doesn't have to pay 800,000 he is only going to get about 3 people using it so he can use cPanel.

Space wize google video even hosts quite alot more footage, helped by hosting full lengh movies as opposed to the 10 minute clip limit on youtube, youtube was purchased mainly as an advertsing venture, probably so they didnt do the same thing as they did with myspace, pay more to advertise on it for a year than it would have cost to buy the site that is.

It's pointless - YouTube and Google Video have that market and there is no point. If it actually gets successful it costs so much in bandwidth.
