
Obviously as you say exercise and your diet are the main things you have to look at. However WHEN you eat is a big factor. I have always been told that if you consume foods after 7.30pm at night this food is stored as fat when you sleep. Just a suggestion therefore is not to eat after 7.30pm at night if you can help it. :]
