    Oh wait, sorry, I had it mixed up. I thought you wanted to broadcast to 2 shoutcast severs. Yeah, use skype, broadcast with WinAmp.

    Go to your Soundcard Recording settings and tick next to Stereo mix.

    Tutorial:

    Click on the sound in bottom right

    Click options -> properties

    click adjust sound settings for recording.
    and make sure stereo mix is ticked.
    Then tick the select box next to STEREO MIX on the main settings panel thingy with Stereo Mix, Microphone, Line in and that.

    That should work. =]
