I eat alot of fast food, and unhealthy foods, i found that if i eat less unhealthy foods, my face clears up, or atleast my spots do, but i really think you should try Freederm gel & the Freederm facial cleansing wash, i use these myself and find they work well. Also for spots,Tea tree oil available from shops such as 'The Body Shop' the stuff works well with spots. I also think you should try Clean & Clear products, i use most of them, the cleanser and the cream, and it seems to work well, it's also cheaper than freederm, but if you have the money, Freederm!
Hope this helps, and oh, im going to start eating healthier again, im almost convinced it effects my spots and greasy skin! *Shivvers*![]()

No milk aswell, milk for some reason, i'm no scientist, causes spots. Also buy
PRODUCT PLACEMENT:
Biore face wash, warming one preferably, does the job nicely! i struggled to find a decent spot cream, this one does it though
I used to use sandpaper but I don't get them anymore LOL.
Drink loads of water, eat healthy, clean twice a day, try witch hazel and lemon and tea tree.
