I train at rock crabs or pestcontrol.

I use rune scimmy, but I can use dragon, just gotta do lost city and I need the crafting, which I am doing now..

Once I get the d long, I am going to get 40 defence, for rune legs and helm and bring some str pots and go do monkeymadness for dragon scimmy.
