Karamja dungeon for sure. Might be a bit crowded, but it's decent. Also, it's easier to get to than the taverly dungeon ones by the blue drags.

Karamja valcano dungeon is the best place to kill lessers.
Like Charles said, it's easier to get to, but there is also a bank near that place. (The Thzar bank), so you can bank stuff you got or get some more food if you need it.
You don't need to bring teleports either, giving you at least 2 extra invent spots.
If you pick the right world it won't be that crowded, you can almosty always fight lessers non-stop.


And because you want a safe place, Karamja is the place to be.

Karajama is also good because you can fish for lobsters if your low on them. Fish em, go kill and eat, fish again
