    Default Forum Games section.

I believe the forum games section is becoming out of hand "/ It is turning into a 'make up some lame excuse for a game to get your post count up' section. I think the forum games need to either be chosen/moderated better or just post count not count like spam section.
    Your thoughts?

I've noticed it getting out of hand for a long time, people (not naming names) have always abused it and treated it purely as a forum to unproductively boost their post count. The only deterrent I can imagine to prevent this, would be to stop post counts rising within this forum all together (I've seen such steps taken on other forums).
    kinda quit.

I agree with you, but it's almost impossible to give people warnings or infractions there, because most posts are only 1 word anyway.

I think post count shouldn't go up there aswell.

Problem is, if post count was disabled there - many people would lose a alot of posts, and they wouldn't be very happy.
I'd say it needs it's own set of strict rules (like trading) and a small group of Moderators who will enforce those rules.

Hmm, you got a point there.
Perhaps only games where you actually have to type something should be allowed, so no 1 word games.

If posts in that forum didn't count, so many people would drop by a couple of hundred posts.

I think the spam games should just be moved to the spam forum were post count doesnt count :p.

    Thanks
