...Er, where'd you get that from? There's no laws about racism, it's called freedom of speech. Despite the fact that the Police and the courts are all socially racist, you can't get charged for that sort of thing.
As of racism, you could say that I'm racist in certain aspects, no it has nothing to do with the colour of their skin, it's just the common nature of their social backgrounds. I don't judge them prima facie, I judge on my own experiences with different people of different races. I'm not very socially inclined with anyone but white people, I come from Bristol where over 90% of the population (don't quote me) is white. However, the occasional time where I have come into contact, it's not been very welcoming so to speak. I suppose I'm yet to see what some people are really like, for instance I find middle easterm people very rude and unsociable, by their standards and traditions I know this is perfectly acceptable but I don't find it should be in England. This relates alot to the recent debate on women muslim women wearing hijabs, they've publicly banned it in France, I'm surprised it's being considered so controversial here.
