Google are rich, I'm sure if they had to pay out it wouldn't be much to them - having said that I'm sure Google has enough lawyers to sort it out

As someone said above,why dont they get a new domain such as universaltube.com , then put a page up on utube.com saying if you're looking for Youtube go to youtube.com but if you're looking for universal tube,click here

Wait, if he got more members then why is he blabbing> I wouldn't complain if I got millions of users a week. They will never sue. I hope they are aware nobody likes them

Because they're not actually customers,so wasting a lot of bandwidth and crashing the server
