Y'see.. Word of mouth isnt really reliable, its like chinese whispers if you have ever played the game, someone says something then it is maybe twisted? Not that i am accusing you of such a thing, but a email would be much more... reliable than just someone saying "I called Sulake staff and they said theyre leaving" with a bit more complexity to it..
