I think learning the guitar would be pretty nifty, and sophisticated girls really like guys who can play guitars, as far as I've seen.

Music- drums, guitar etc.
Watesports e.g. sailing, jet skiing, surfing, bodyboarding, khaking, scuba diving
Rock climbing
Absailing.

Like what has been said, going to the gym could be a good idea, keeps you fit & there is propably ladies there. Maybe try swimming or even football, most ladies like a good football player.
