Try searching any shoe shop that you know in your area on the internet, because if they haven't got them in the store, you could order a pair for when they come out.
Or, you could try ebay, and do what someone said, look for the store's selling on ebay and look on their site, or just buy from someone on ebay.

(they probs have graffiti ones, they do loads of converse)
I go to one in white rose. But looking at your location you will probably have one near you.
