yaaa i love it i do it at band night at school each year then the next day (cos we hav school next day) my neck really HURTS!! lol
last year i went for first time and my neck was like omg relli hurtin and we had marines in to do pe for us and i chose karati cos its easiest out of the choices and i was watchin a demonstration then i was like omg i cnt do this!!! so i asked to sit it out and my friend didnt wanna do it but she didnt even go and she lied and sad her neck her too lol she naughty
