I dont know a whole lot about it but i think what youd need to do is create a server side app that will automaticly put together and run shell commands on the host machine, and then just have it attached to a html/php front end. So youd want someone with alot of unix type O/S exspernce, who can use the command line well "/

I dont think it would be hard to do. You need to know PHP to be able to do this.
I may make my own or help you. But i would do a free and paid version
