i wasn't moaning about the welcome thing, i was using it as an example. and i know this won't do anything, but it's a hell of a lot better to express our opinions than being kept quiet. but i still feel that ostinato did deserve the promotion a lot more, he had been assistant forum manager before ---MAD---, and tbh i don't even know why ---MAD--- was made assistant forum manager, when ostinato already was, and he was doing a brilliant job from what everyone else could see. and i know it's not up to me, but i'm one to always say how i feel &what i think.

it was nothing personal against anyone, i was just expressing my opinion.

&well ant, anyone can suggest ways to improve the forum. but no one does. there should be a stickied thread/section to post your ideas to improve the forum. not that it'll get noticed..

you do know that making A4AOwen forum manager was a massive mistake? he barely knew the forum rules let alone how to handle a forum. also, you never actually stated in the announcement they are on a two week trial. but i still think, well i don't think, i know, that nixt, foxmoth & :jamie deserved that trial a hell of a lot more, but meh. and well tbh, i do think that rosie wayne and nvrnoob does get forgotten, nvrspk has been the longest serving administrator, if i'm not wrong? and he's still classed as the 'little admin', which i see as unfair. also, i don't see the reason why he isn't allowed to handle with vip features and update them, he told me. i see that as a little unfair. but tbh i don't think anyone will change my mind on what i've already posted. they can prove me wrong, by all means. and i will apologise. but i'm too stubborn to change my mind on who deserves what.

I've never forgotten Catzsy, I've suggested her for things in the past it's just never really happened. I have noticed that she takes a proactive role in spotting problems and things which don't make sense.

I don't know if nvrspk4 would find this offensive, but I've never really got the impression, until tonight (because everybody is telling me so), that he wanted to be a forum manager because I can't really recall a time where he's shown much interest in changing rules, creating rules, pointing out moderator issues and so on. However I do know now, because everybody else has told me. As for VIP, I have no idea what that's about - I think he's allowed to change things, I think him and Wayne. just do different jobs regarding VIPs.

i got told that he was unable to update peoples vip features ever since he got hacked, and his admin permissions were removed.

well obviously, not everyone can be pleased. but they normally only get flamed when they do somthing that the majority of people don't agree with.
