:o Frozen Treat

Just found a good frozen treat you can have thats healthy (sort of)

-Start off with 1 cup of FROZEN mixed fruit (I did mixed berries)
- 1 cup of milk

Put it in a blender and blend till u cannot see any more whole fruit
(if its too thick, add some more milk and mix. Thats what i did)

Thats it. Eat it like a frozen treat

Now if u want sweetness (Like i did) Add 3-4 packets of Spelnda (artificial sweetener)

It tastes really good. Almost like Italian Ice. May sound disgusting, But its pritty good. Another alternative instead of milk if you dont like milk, Try your favorite fruit juice. Go on Try it

actually that sounds quite nice, i actually freeze grapes, when they are frozen they are like grape flavoured sweets... without the sugar lol

It does sound rather nice, but I am not a fan of fruit drinks like this. But still, sounds really nice Good idea!

Yeah. But milk gives it more flavor and calcium

You would have to add alot of ice cubes... you might aswell put water in it, But Milk would just taste better :p
