The new pope was part of the Hitler Youth. Handy bit of knowledge from one of the papers yesterday.
To become pope I 'think' you have to be a specific age, rise through the ranks of the Church etc.People who deserve a mention:

Sovitet alwasy hated resligion, it was seen as a disavatage, and as karl marx put it "the exsticy or the peasnts" In russia most churches were shut down, and the cult of lennin was intriudced which agve more weight to stallins propgand messages.
Apprently this guys realy conservtive, which wil thuther speed up the decilne of the church by driving away many of its followers due to the stupid decrimintion the bible teaches well the one used, it was added in by at a later date just to give a few powerful men even more power "/
