I was going to do a thread on this but I this one already. Its getting bad now, I don't think thats the last of it either, I think this guy will keep killing till he gets caught... I was only there a few weeks ago and they were handing out missing persons leaflets about the 2 first bodies to everyone around Portman road.

As a general rule yes, because as Serial Killers get more "experienced", as it were, they become more daring and move out of the pattern they are comfortable with.
