    Whats the easiest way to get it up from 27 to 35 ?

    Craft fire runes using duelling rings.

    Make an invent of fires, tele to castlewars using duelling ring > bank fires get some ess> tele to duel arena> craft fires. Repeat that process. I did that to 44.

    World 16 air alter.

    Will take around 10 - 15 minutes, and cost around 100K + Ess, but you will end up only losing around 30K
