I get negative rep because I "am a noob"

Yes, but when that happens people just put "n00b" or "loser" or stuff like that in the negative reps, and then they get removed. Plus a moderator has the job of giving the poster an infraction if the thread is not good.

A moderator can't infract someone because they don't deem the thread as a good thread ''/ Only if the thread breaks the rules and keep negative rep imo.

Who thinks negative reputation should be removed?

I think it should because:
It just causes arguments
It wastes time removing all the pointless ones
People moan when they get -rep
It isn't used properly most of the time

Also grey reps are pretty annoying too :rolleyes:

maybe you could put them on different scales, so if someone got loads and loads of good rep, then a couple of people managed to minus 200 rep, you can see that
