    Didnt take that long,
I Decided to do habbos instead of habbo furniture this time.
So basically this is my first "habbo character alt"
Anyways didnt take long cause it was simple.

You'll probably be flamed for stereotyping but I'll leave that to someone else.
Invert the colours on the hair and you'll see how much of a train wreck some of it is.
At the back it goes jet black and on the fringe it looses its outline.
    You should fix that.
You should also add some shading on the shirt, like near the arm where it is on normal habbo shorts. and put another tone into those shoe laces so they arent as bright. You should also add some shading onto the belt.
There's an extra pixel on the lip - Is that intended?
Thats it for now thank you.

Put more shading in on the habbo and the hair
Yeah the thing on the lip is a lip balm (dont know if it gives the effect)
Taken the bright pink laces out causes like you said it stands out to much
i tried to get darker pinks but they all stand out so i just got rid of them.
    This any better?

Look at your avatar, look at the man in your avatar and see the shading under the right arm. Add that to your image (But obviously, in the right colours).
The shadow isn't the right shape, but that doesn't matter much. The shading on the arm is different to the shading on the face copy the colour of the face shading (eg, the dark colour under the nose and around the lips).
Invert the colours on the head to see it better and you will notice that the outline of the fringe isn't really black. You may also want to give the fringe a bit of shadow on the face

Not 100% what you mean about the hair bit. But i think ive done what you said colour the edge of the fringe black cause it wasnt black?
    Anyways ive
shaded the side of the habbo t-shirt
Used the shading colour for the arm
Put some shading round the fringe on the face
