Might be a bit late but dogs tend to throw up when they have eaten something that isnt right.
Ways you can tell a dog is gunna be sick is
eating grass
making a coughing sound
If it carries on throwing up get it to the vets.
My old (Before we had to have him put to sleep, just before christmas)
Throw up a lot, His stomach bloated and he went off his food, but drank a lot of water.
We took him to the vets and found out he had a tumour in his spleen, Which there are 2 types one is aggressive and the over is very aggresive and with my dog being 13 yrs old, Our only option was to have him put to sleep
so yea watch out for anymore sick, If it continues go to the vets
