I got a Zen Vision M. It just has many more features than iPod and it is much much more flexible with what you can do with it. Apple goes security crazy. Plus it's cheaper. Hell, you dont even need to install anything to put songs on it.
The only really big upside I see with iPods are how many accessories it has. There are at least 12 companies dedicating to accessorizing iPod.
