Right, I'm not going to get involved with the arguments running within here as there's so much I can't reply to it all. The one thing I really agree with was Baving's long post. But here's my views.

Firstly scamming. The scamming issue is that it is incredibly incredibly incredibly easy to fake it. I could go out and explain this all, but the lovely Jin has already done it, so why not refer to this post: http://www.habboxforum.com/showpost....80&postcount=4

Secondly, about the rules. You guys complain that we treat you like two year olds. All things considered, you must admit that the majority of the forum is on that majority level. If we were a community of adults, the restrictions could be loosened and the interaction would also be more mature. However we aren't so they can't and its not. You all know that there are a lot of people on this forum who can't take an insult, get into petty arguments, and are at others' throats. Additionally some people are just plain immature, rude, or argumentative. These rules are necessary because of the target audience, around 13-18 probably, though there are people older and younger. Basically, if the maturity level of the forum were to rise, maybe its possible, but I don't see that happening too soon.

For people that didnt know, DJ3000 was an administrator, he was with the habbox forum for many years. A very good administrator, and he was banned for swearing once. Sierk temp banned him but after a week he permanetly banned him. I have information from a mod saying that that happened because he didn't believe in some of the ways that sierk dealt with things so he banned him.

Can you please explain to me how a mod would be able to tell you the reason for a ban when they can't view them? Because there are other reasons which I can't disclose, so your mod source was evidently wrong

But most of the time when someone says someone scams is actually true like I said an ex mod scammed me which he did (no names mentioned) and coz he got such a good rep on here none of you beleived me and ba repped me, sad really

He was a mod, and he had friends higher up, hes quit this forum now and I talk to him on MSN. I believe him more than I believe you, sorry.

Well to be honest, your opinion is your own and you are welcome to think what you like.

However I must point out that when Dave was around, the infraction scheme had not even been invented for VB forums, and there was less than 3000 members on HabboxForum, therefore there would have been no need for lots of moderators. Since we now have over 20, 000 members, we need lots more moderators to ensure that the forum is kept clean.

Of course there will always be a problem with corruption from some moderators, but the new scheme that is being implemented to hire more super mods and less normal mods, should sort that out to a degree where the problem is neglegable.

I might also point out that if you are so against sierk and HabboxForum's regime and rules, why invest money into the site by buying vip? :s.

Seriously. The forum used to be good. Like a year ago. There wasnt 20000 mods all over the forum, having an org'asm whenever you say "stupid" or tell someone to shut up. You act like we're all 8 year olds. I mean come on! I bet you like 90% of this forum is over 13. You get called stupid when you're like 6? WOW! Its pathetic.

Ever since DJ left these forums, thanks to you, it sucks. It completely blows. Everyone needs to follow stupid little rules. For example, I said that I would rep you back, because I'm trying to be nice. Oh no, that might teach some little 6 year old something stupid, so lets give out an infraction for that. I mean come on? Its a friggin online forum. You don't go out and give infractions to someone for called someone stupid. DJ3000 wasn't that stupid, and he didn't give out pointless infractions, but obviously, your word goes, as shown by DJ. Banned for avoiding the filter? Pssh, Jrh2002 was better than you, and trust me, thats an insult.

ps: Ill bet anyone my habbo account that ill get like -200 rep from all of the stupid sierk lovers and I'll be banned, LOL.

It is not the staffs fault entirely. I must admit that some of the staff are abit ott... and do need to be sacked. But what happens? The users decide that they do not like a certain member, then they start complaining and moaning etc... Just like you're doing now. Then it happens all over and over again with other people on this forum. Without these arguements it would be better, don't you think? It is the majority of users that ruin this forum. Although some of the staff do ruin it aswell, but not as much as the users. You do know that without moderators there wouldn't be a forum. Yes, it was better like a year ago, but thats because half of the good users have left and been replaced with others. Guess what? We don't all have the same personality. It can't stay the same forever. There were less users on the forum a year ago anyway. Less users = less arguements. I know my post probably made no sense at all but this thread is stupid.

It is not the staffs fault at all. I must admit that some of the mods are about ott, but they try their best. Then what happens? They end up getting hated by 50% of the forum, then the 'haters' start complaining and moaning etc... It is the majority of users that ruin this forum. Not the staff. Without staff there wouldn't be a forum.
