However I must point out that when Dave was around, the infraction scheme had not even been invented for VB forums, and there was less than 3000 members on HabboxForum, therefore there would have been no need for lots of moderators. Since we now have over 20, 000 members, we need lots more moderators to ensure that the forum is kept clean.

I worked for Dave as a Forum Moderator and my member ID is over 3000.

You can't really compare DJ-3000's managing to now as it has completley changed since his day. Also DJ-3000 resigned by himself, he wasn't fired by Site Management, so you can't blame sierk for that.

Also i kinda agree that the rules seem really strict now, you can't get away with anything no matter how small the offense is

Tbh if you don't like the forum then you should leave? I'm sure there are alot of other forums out there where there are no filters or infractions.

I do agree that certain mods are giving out harsh infractions over silly things like calling someone stupid, etc. I have an infraction and I believe it's unfair, I've tried to appeal but they said it was fair.

But at the end of the day it's just an infraction, live with it I suppose. The worst you can get is being banned. Then go out and play or something instead of just sitting there all day.

Actually i believe mad is a good forum manager true sierk only owns the website he dosent do anything (not meaning to offend him) but dj3000 has obviously been warned for swearing before sure dave was nice but when it comes down to breaking the forum rules he will be banned any of us will be,

I agree, partially. You get infractions for telling someone to shut up, even though its not rude typicaly? And once you get infractions, you can't get to become a Mod or whatever, once you get even MORE infractions, you get banned. And so on and so forth. :rolleyes:

If the infraction is unfair you can just simply ask for it to be reversed anyway. All of my unfair ones have been reversed. Simple. As MAD said, they're 'looking into how they can sort out the "offending users" thing' The management are always changeing rules and other stuff to make it better for us and all they get in return is people like you complaining.

KaseR this forum isnt just for 16 yr old the rules state you must be over 13 or something to join so if you dont liek it leave? :S and sierk is very ncie when he wants to be (Kinda)

If your only going to say somthing stupid? why bother saying it. The absoulte stupidty of this statment has been pointed out time and time again.

If they wanted to leave, they would. But they dont want to, they like the forum. hence they create these threads to try and IMPROVE the forum and FIX the problems.

The main reason in my opion that they are unfair is because they are all competing for Moderator Logs because if you don't get a certain anmount you are fired so maybe there should be no Moderator Reports just a check every 2 weeks to see if they are doing ok.

If that is the case, it does exsplain the problem as those rules are encorageing Bad moding. Good mods would control there forums, and not have to give many infractions, since people behave. If you need to give so many, youd have to be a very bad mod, fail to do the job a mod is supposed to, and give out complty unfair infractions when no problems existed "/

I agree to some extent. Most of the when I call someone stupid I was actually referring to their post or just posting the obvious, which isn't a rule. Stupid isn't offensive, neither is twit but I guess idiot maybe, but hardly something to cry about. I think Habbox Forum is trying to become over protected so they can see if they can become Official myself, it never used to be a mother and baby forum before?

Habbox arnt going to becomeing offical again, under the management they are now.

Well he does own the site? The guy at the top is responcable for all those below them, that is what the job at the top is. Thats like saying you cant blame blair for the war in iraq. No he didnt go out there and start shooting himself, He didnt come up with the evdiance used to go to war, but hes the guy at the top and hence responcable for all decisions made under him "/

Same with sirek. he may not have banned someone himself, but hes the one that hired who ever banned the person, or maybe even hireing the person that hired them. He is at the top, hence responcable. Many keep going on about all the work he does behind the scenes, problems he fixes etc. Managieng the site and being responcablke for it IS that job.

Plus whys everyone so up on DJ300?
