Forums are a place for discussion, opinions and views on particular subjects.

Discussing something that was dicussed on the same forum about 2 years ago is utterly pointless and therefore the topic should be locked because it's a replica of a previous thread that contains the same information.

A forum is a place where people come to find out about the latest news etc and a place where you can be banned for posting continuous spam.
