    Haha, I thought it looked crap too. Then I played it... so damn addictive. And it was only the trial. I want to go town tomorrow and get the full version. It's just a game that actually takes skill... like you have to select all thea ttacks and spells when you're training, and you usually can't eat during battle so that's more of a challenge. The map is HUGE, and it isn't just pointless skilling to get a good hi score like runescape. And like fishing on rune, all you do is click the water and fish until the fishing spot moves or you get a random event. WoW you can't sit back and relax, you have to click like the exact time your fishing line moves otherwise the fish gets away. It's just so good... just play it and find out. I guess it's a matter of opinion, but I did originally think it looked to fantasial, then I played it... it's not like every other medieval based RPG with knights and stuff. It's actually set like in the future, with mechanics like the Deeprun Tram and the Gnome's racial mount, the mechanostrider.

    That strange as it may sound doesn't surprise me much.

    Also been abit more helpful that the person who replied with "pmsl", When I was trying to find out more about WoW before I started to play I used gamespot nice little video on there of it. But what helped me most was talking to people who were already playing it. Gamespot's short comment was;

    Here is the online role-playing game you should play, no matter who you are.
    To be honest I agree, RPG's arn't normal my thing but this is something different.

    Hope that helps in some way,
    Matt .

    The thing with WoW is that it's so involving, there is hundreds apon thousands of quests that you can do alone, in a small party or even in a rather large group, it has hundreds of items for all classes as well as loads of professions that you can learn and easily build up and make some really easy gold from, if you look at screenshots it doesn't look like much, you have to really play the game to get into it

    WoW is a great game. nothing to argue about there.
    Yes, its addicting but thats only when people dont know when to stop.
    Download a trial or something and then you can see for yourself. how some people can get addicted and some people call it crap.
