I heard that Diet Coke causes cancer, is this true? Also isn't drinking Two Diet Cokes equivalent to One Regular Coke?

If anyone is curious to the fruities...I can totally back you up on them...they are awome!
Its just like buying candy from a corner store but its like little cubes (strawberry rasberry ect) of candy that take like 3 minutes of chewing (great for sucking on...) and taste like candy!

For breakfast you can also make chocolate chunk muffins (sounds fattening eh?) but really its mostly made of bran cereal thats a really really really good source of fiber (I swear, you don't want to eat more them 3 at a time!!!!). Im not sure of the recipe....its my mother who knows it.....

LOL. Sorry, but normal people dont read backs of packs and keep a record of calories they take in every day. Dieting hardly ever works, if you exercise regularly you can eat whatever you want.

Fruit won't make you satisfied. I suggest eating nuts and such that are high in fiber.
I've yet to see you offer someone a single compliment in this section of the forum. You don't rule over it, you know.

Where in my responses in this forum imply domination? And I'm simply stating facts. I'm not going to absent mindedly agree with every single person who offer health tips/advice when I know that they're wrong.

Seriously? Who, in their right mind, would advice someone to drink diet cola in the morning? Regardless if you're dieting, that's still unhealthy.
    Oh no you did not.

Thats a great guide, and I could add to it, why not have wholemeal bread, pasta etc, and orange juice isnt fattening - 1 small glass a day, squash has sugar etc, but the guide is helpful, very helpful!

Lmao. That's a pretty rubbish counterclaim. So what if they're just tips? They still have to be factual information, right?

Okay then, i advised drinking diet cola in the morning because of the caffine content of the drink and not that many teenagers like coffee.

    More tips for Dietiers!

In the past month or so, new "healthy foods" have come onto the market.

Heard about nimble ? - The new bread with 48 calories a slice and quite a bit of fibre (can't remember the exact amount) but this bread is awsome! Brilliant for that 160 calorie sandwich!

Also, morrisions has launched a complete set of "healthy eating meals" and some of them are absolute brilliant... I mean A tikka masala with rice all for 320 calories and 7g of fat? pretty dam good.
