If the domain was taken off you without your permission, you have a right to SOME compensation (or something like that, that's what them lawyers on TV say).
Basically, taking them to court is not a smart idea...

I said the thread starter should get a life, and stop pretending like he's going to sue over a £5 domain, and the inconvieniance of changing the name of the site in his files.

In the time to post that, he could have renamed the files.

You shoudlnt host with people, you should host with companies, andread their T&C. Im sure, if you read it, they would have said that they could close them at any time, with no refund given (if the had half a brain)
