i think its a good move if he came to england he'd only end up playing for a no-hope team like newcastle or westham or liverpool at the rate they're going. He was are top scorer in the world cup right Then he gets droped, He has an amazing talent of scoring from way out and i don't care what anybody says no one can fill his boots, He needs to come back and play for a premiership side if he wants a chance in hell of getting back on to the england side

I think its the wrong decision in my opinion. If he was so passionate about his country he would have come back here, played for a prem team and fought for his england place. Instead he took the suckers way out and has given up.

What? Why would he go back to England, I mean think about it! He wouldn't get into any of the top 4 teams, even if he did, he'd be warming the bench like he is at Real.

Everyone is saying he's in it for the money, but the guy has a football academy out there, he's clearly commited to that. He is past his best, but I thought he still could of done a job in one of the slower leagues like Seria A, but he would have to readapt and learn a new language. He has done the best for his family.

So yeah, his wages are outragous, but I can gaureentee they will trebble that in the 5 years he is there. I say good luck to him.
