Well hire more mods/smods.That's perfectly fine. The rule is in place so that people do not create whole threads in a language that those who enforce rules on the Forum (Moderators/Super Moderators/Administrators) do not understand. If this was allowed, threads could be created and we would not know what was being said; threads could be created which break every rule on the Forum and we would be none the wiser.
Okay - maybe we could use a translator... we are however very busy and we don't have time to copy and paste parts of individual threads into translators that rarely translate accurately anyway?
There are already loads of mods and smods. Also MODS shouldnt be so lazy.

Moss: Yes you do; you've just used a double negative
Good point, but you might just have to trust them, and I am sure people will check?

I can assure you we are not lazy. We have an awful lot to do and as I said translators rarely work accurately anyway.
We could, as I said above we are busy and it would take a while to cop and paste whole posts/threads into translators that don't always translate accurately.http://www.google.co.uk/language_tools?hl=en

Hmm ok.
Anyway, I dont want to grass up the other admin.
What I am trying to say is that why should we follow the rules when Admins etc dont?
Awfull lot? Like what? Last year I was the only Super Moderator for over 2-3 months and I managed it all myself?I can assure you we are not lazy. We have an awful lot to do and as I said translators rarely work accurately anyway.

Now you have 5! You job is to keep the forum clean, well then you should give up a few seconds to use a translator?
Mods can just say that they are too busy to give out infractions ...

That's hardly rulebreaking though is it? Forum Users moan at bugs etc that they encounter, and then they moan when our Technicians try to fix it?I think he means;
