But He Keeps Getting Bullied Day After Day, He Does Go To Tell Seniour Staff But All They Do Is Exclude Them For 3 Days, And When They Come Back They Keep Doing It.

Talk to your parents or grandma (they have good advice)
or if it gets worse get the police involved as said somewhere above.

We call them Tutors at our school, The best bet is Police or Parents. Since parents love us so much, they will do any thing to stop us from been down etc.. and even if you are afrade of telling his parents aka Emabased, get your Perants to tell them

Its Aspergers syndrome. I think you need to distract the bullies attention. By that I mean attacking their school work. If they are revising for a crucial test, take their notes. Sounds cruel but a great way of distracting them from bullying.
If they take cig's to school, take the bullies cigs away and dispose of them leaving a discrete note telling them that they need to stop bullying him but only hint at it.
If that doesn't work, take valubles and keep them for a while until they can't find it and give it to matron. Don't steal it and keep it but keep it for a while and get them worrying.

I have done this to a bully (small but you would hate her) by taking her homework and disposing it as she was doing PE. I left a note inside her planner and she began to stop. I had to do it a few times but it works. I haven't had trouble with gangs of people but I think you know what I mean.

Make their life hell... until they stop.

Btw Aspergers syndrome is a very gifted thing to have but results in withdrawrel from social crowds. Does he react to them in a nasty or bad way to start with? Or is he simply just picked on for getting the questions corrent. I am very interested in Aspergers syndrom ever since reading the book " the curious incident of the dog in the night-time".
