How Do I Make Tele tabs?

This may be in rong section.. but i need a guide. and i cant post on tutorials and guides for some reason.. so please can someone tell me.

You need to find someone with a study lectern in there house..

Say if you wanted to make a varrok tele tab you take the tele runes for a varrok teleport spell (1 Law, 3 Airs, 1 Fire) and a soft clay, "Study" the study lectern and click the tab you wish to make a voila.
