Maybe because it's not like habbo, it's all random......... and hey, people could say the same thing about moderators on this site that are more strict than habbo / runescape moderators anyday.

Runescape moderators like that ARE NOT like habbo, they are randomly just picked.... anybody can be one, at any age. he was probably a little suckup 10 year old who was lucky.

I've seen a level 30 with a playermod stat. that just proves they just pick whom ever.

There not randomly picked, you cant have a black mark and you need to report people a lot.

My friend from school was a mod, they get access to the forums if they ar f2p, that mod is most likely new to members, and has been f2p all the time..
