    Go on www.tip.it for help with the location.

    You'll need a Chart, Watch, and Sextant to be able to do this clue. Speak to the Proffesor dude in the Observatory, and take your Clue Scroll when talking to him.

    Edit: Decided to find it for you. Its on dwarven mountain. (The mountain next to the prayer guild) South Side of the top. (If you look on world map, the center of the place with the most white)
