Yea, you can have them bought for you. There is some rate thingie for them but i don't know it. Just ask around, but be careful, you need someone you trust.

You can NOT trade tickets, but yes, you can buy them for someone.
Im really not sure if you can do this in the snowstorm place, but in the Lido for sure, just click buy for someone.
Make sure if you are doing a trade, that you have 100% trust in them.
Habbo/Sulake won't do nothing if anything is stolen, scammed.
Mabye ban the person nothing more.
Mabye try a little by little.
Get them to buy you a few first.
