Of course people will think WoW is better than runescape, simply because of the graphics - but guess what people...BROWSER GAMES CANNOT BE COMPARED TO CD ROMS! It's craziness.
I also played WoW for a few days, I didn't like it.

Well, this is posted a LOT on here, but people don't take into account what people actually WANT from a game. I play Runescape now and again, but I do prefer Warcraft. When I first started out I was annoyed, I thought the gameplay was really bad, but then when I got used to the interface etc. I love it. Runescape is good because your not restricted to how many skills you can train, but WoW you can pick like 5 + your race and class. It's a lot more time consuming, if you go on WoW you have to spend a couple of hours on it if you want to make it worth your while. £8 a month isn't really that expensive, most people get Runescape members, and it's only £3 more and most people say it's better. If you want a game you can play in your spare time - play Runescape. If you want a game that will take up a LOT of your time - play Warcraft.

Are you saying that runescape membership costs £3 more than Wow? :s Runescape membership costs $5 a month.

Personally only seen screenshots and I dislike the look of it.

How about playing it first instead of looking at just screenshots.

Wow is much better graphics but for &#163;9 a month and needing a cred card is too much tbh + i dont have a cc

Can get game cards so you dont need credit card.

These threads seem pointless? I play world of warcraft and ive played runescape which is a good game and comparing it to a game that is a 5 disk installation to a browser game isnt fair.

Maybe mod should have a rule to stop these threads? anyone agree..

I only play RS as its browser, goes nicely with msn.

WoW isn't browser, its full screen (primarily).

People are less likely to join WoW with these stupid threads. I only got it on my own decision, and the fact Jamie played. I just deicded to try it out, and voila, I joined Wow, and from that moment, RS became extremely boring.
