I doubt you'll ever be unbanned, simply because no one will ever know if you're telling the truth. Even if you email Emma, i doubt she'll be able to do anything on the matter. Just learn from your mistakes and ignore people more often.

I don't think you'll have much luck getting unbanned. The new player support staff take their job too seriously, and don't give any seccond chances.

They do, they've unbanned me twice on a clone. Even though after the first unban they said it's my last chance, they still did.
