K, I'm not sure what to do, i've just started a new school in the US, I was put in my classes in the middle of the semester, so I don't have a clue what i'm doing, i've already gotten an F in science and buisness, i'm just worried that i'm going to keep on failing because they're doing stuff i've never done before, and the teaching is different in the US compared to the UK too.

What would you say is the best thing to do?

nothing wrong with America, when did I say there was?

I don't know Soph! or anything but I wouldn't take my child out of school in England and move to America where you do not know anyone or the country. The American way of life is probably completely different to the one she was used to.

I wanted to go though, I had the option of staying in the UK till I was 16 to finish school.

Tbh, it will be really hard for you just like if an American kid came to the UK; he or she would strugle as the cultural differences are great. I suggest to you that going to the head and telling your situation and surely they would come up with a solution, also did you make alot of friends, if so they might be able to help you out? Its easy to say but erm, try getting sheets for every lesson explaning the topics and what you need to know in-order to pass?

What ever you do, good luck mate..
