But it brings alot of stress.

£80 sounds very reasonable, you just need to check with yourself to see if you would like to sell the site or sell it. Personally i'd sell it, i mean a habbo fansite for £80? Best bit of investment you'll ever get back.

Why didnt u say after payment ill send you the .zip of the full site and push the domain to your namecheap account.
