15 Minutes isnt dedicated. you should do at least 30 minutes to show that your dedicated and then it will go on your history and if you apply to be a mod you will get more chance. You need to do 4 Hour shifts as mod for 3 or 4 days a week

mod shift's are 4(ish) hours for a few days, because it's a part time job, full time would be 6 hours 5 days a week?

Yeh, I know it is like 'the badge, blah so easy!'
Really it's tougher then you think.

1. It's not about the badge
2. Also, it's 15 minutes everytime you 'log-in' so not only once a day! If you sign out then back in, that's when you need to do your 15 minutes.
3. There is also rules that take longer etc.
