Why do they resign, I would love having a badge, surely it isn't that hard to do a 10minute a day job?

15 Minutes isnt dedicated. you should do at least 30 minutes to show that your dedicated and then it will go on your history and if you apply to be a mod you will get more chance. You need to do 4 Hour shifts as mod for 3 or 4 days a week
