How long can sperm can probably live outside of the body? Probably about an hour. The rule of thumb most health educators use is to avoid contact with semen and other bodily fluids while they are wet. It's best just to use a safe and reliable method of birth control correctly, every time you have sex. Then you don't have to worry about doing all of this math or figuring out some kind of ejaculation voodoo that won't work.
