yeh, its the two next to my front teeth that are the worst out of them all.

If you're thirteen how come you're having to pay? I thought the NHS provided for people under 18 in Full Time education.

Just tell them it's affecting your self-esteem e.t.c. and see what they'd do. Although you've more chance selling sand to the arabs these days than getting any form of treatment from the NHS.

there is a criteria and if your teeth are not wonkey enough like mine nearly wernt you don't fall in to the nhs criteria which means you have to pay for yourself

That's a complete rip off and exactly why the majority of the people in this country are being robbed.

If you're not entitled to treatment on the NHS, then fair enough - They are stretched. But if that means you have to go elsewhere for this treatment then you should be reimbursed at least 50% of the money that you paid to go private.

Everyones' parents pay tax (well the majority) so it's not fair that they then have to pay private ON TOP of paying the health service that they won't actually be using because the national health service can't provide what they need.

    Same lol .

I've had mine 3 months now and to be honest I can hardly feel them. They just rub against my lip every so often which is annoying.

Just think that it's a short time to have it considering your teeth will be good for the rest of your life.

eeek ok, i have braces, have silver, trust me, other colours discolour your teeth, and in some cases, have them on longer. if you do get the whitened, have it after, braces can leave marks.

Remember, it's not your choice. Also color wise don't have black or white or yelllow ;]
You have a say in whether you don't want them or not. You can't just say that you want them. Also, you'll only get them if you really need them and so if you don't but insist on having them, you'll most probably have to pay the fee or £2-3,000 which wouldn't be covered by the NHS.

Also, white are okay. I had them.
Black and yellow are tha worst k.

My teeth are v. wonky, so when I FINALLY get rid of my baby teeth (NEARLY THERE!), I'm having braces. I can't flaming wait. When I grow up and earn a mazillion quid, I'll probably look into whitnening treatment.
