Maybe they're entertaining because there's still a story to tell with him. All of the originals seem to be incapable of having good flashbacks now, so I'm kinda looking forward to Nikki & Paulo and anything relative to the others.

Yeah. I think the best ones were Echo's (sp?).
Desmond good because its something knew. Hurley's was ok, but its kinda done now. Same with Loch.

Episode 9 will be very interesting. They say it contains a lot of answers about Jack / Kate and sawyer as its kinda drifted away from them in last episode.

i was in germany when "flashes before your eyes" was aired but i recorded it on sky plus & just watched it, heck it was confusing. was the whole desmond thing a dream or a flashback? :s

i love lost i started watching the new series on Sky but half way thorugh they took the programme of because people from america didt give them the rest of the series of sumthing? i only saw the first 3-4 new episodes but i will be watching again on channel 4

I think that's the point.. to get people confused. But if you look closely he gets the marks from the guy with the cricket bat on the island, therefore he has changed the past. Not to say it's time travel, maybe it's parallel universes.

it's on sky one. and the magnetic thing in the hatch probably made them travel into the past or something- where they wanted to go. or maybe it did something to their brain to make them think they're back in the past?
