what an earth are you on about, im not bullying you i just feel you post stupid posts and threads like the other day the kid wanted advice on weight loss and you put in a post 30 press ups and 30 sits up do the job for me, i then asked you if you really did 30 press ups a night and you said no maybe 15 dnt be such a nub :@
